These terms cover the Web Search API Eval website and its read-only MCP server (https://websearch-api-eval.psberkeleymba.workers.dev/mcp). By using them you agree to these terms.

What the service is

A free, read-only service that returns the published results of a web search API benchmark (You.com, Tavily, Exa and Parallel on 30 agent queries, run October 8, 2026). Results are a fixed snapshot for information only, not live data and not a guarantee of how any provider will perform for you.

Acceptable use

Use the service for normal research and development. Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, and don't use it to break any law. We may limit or block traffic that harms the service.

Code and content

The code in the repository is available under the MIT License. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners; their use here is for identification only and does not imply endorsement.

No warranty

The service and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The service may change, be unavailable or be discontinued at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its content.
